Refund Policy
We offer a 60-day return window. From the day your order is delivered, you have 60 days to let us know you'd like to return your item.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and packed in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, you must first contact us by email at info@tystrap.com to let us know you wish to send your item back. Once we receive your request, our team will get back to you with the full return procedure, including the correct return address and any instructions you'll need to follow.
Important: any item sent back to us without prior notice — or before we've officially confirmed the return procedure with you — cannot be processed and will not be eligible for a refund. Please always wait for our confirmation email before shipping anything back.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and we recommend choosing a tracked shipping service. TyStrap is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something arrived defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away. We'll assess the situation and make things right as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
A few categories of products are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammables, or pressurized gases
Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from returns. If you're unsure whether your specific item qualifies, just ask us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you actually want is to request a return on the original purchase and place a new order for the replacement product. Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order ships to a European Union country, you're entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no reason required. The same product conditions apply: unworn, unused, original packaging and tags, with proof of purchase. As with any return, you must first contact us by email to request the return and receive the return instructions before sending the package back. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Processing Your Refund
Once your returned item reaches us, we'll inspect it and let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the funds.
