If we adjust or cancel your order, we'll do our best to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.

TyStrap is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. That said, every sale through our store is made directly with TyStrap, not Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale, including any injury, damage, or loss tied to a product you've purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your transactions with TyStrap.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
18. Indemnification
