At TyStrap, every order is handled with care from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it lands at your door. We do our best to keep things fast, transparent, and trackable.

Order Handling Time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. During holiday seasons, sales events, or unexpected high-volume periods, fulfillment may take slightly longer. We'll always do our best to keep you informed if delays occur.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit times depend on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout:

  • United States — 5 to 8 business days
  • Canada — 5 to 8 business days
  • United Kingdom — 5 to 8 business days
  • Australia — 5 to 8 business days
  • New Zealand — 5 to 8 business days
  • Rest of the world — 7 to 10 business days

These windows are provided by our carriers as estimates and are not contractually guaranteed.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges set by the destination country. These fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in your order total. TyStrap has no control over customs clearance times and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by local authorities.

Carrier Responsibility

Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to that carrier. TyStrap cannot be held liable for delays, lost shipments, or theft after the package leaves our facility.

If you run into a delivery problem, we recommend reaching out to the carrier first using your tracking number. Our support team is happy to help you open an inquiry, but reimbursement is only guaranteed when the insured shipping option has been selected at checkout.

Insured Priority Shipping

For customers who want extra peace of mind, we offer an Insured Priority Shipping option. This service places your order at the front of our fulfillment queue and includes coverage against loss or damage in transit. Any claims related to insured shipments must be filed within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel's journey in real time.
